Position Overview This role combines professional skincare services with luxury Hammam rituals. No prior Hammam experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided in all Hammam protocols, treatment techniques, and guest care standards. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, client-focused, and motivated to build lasting relationships with clients while growing their career in a luxury spa setting. Responsibilities Perform customized facial treatments and skincare services Conduct professional consultations and develop personalized treatment plans Educate clients on skincare, treatment recommendations, and home care Recommend retail products and future services based on client needs Perform luxury Hammam services according to spa protocols Deliver an exceptional guest experience throughout every service Maintain treatment rooms and sanitation standards in accordance with Oregon regulations Participate in spa promotions, marketing initiatives, and content opportunities Build and maintain strong client relationships that encourage retention and referrals Collaborate with management and team members to help grow both personal clientele and the spa Maintain a professional presence and represent the spa's standards of excellence About Our Hammam Services The Moroccan Hammam is a luxurious wellness ritual centered around cleansing, exfoliation, relaxation, and self-care.

Services may include:

Guided steam therapy Traditional Moroccan cleansing rituals Full-body exfoliation using Kessa gloves Turkish foam treatments Body scrubs and body masks Scalp massage and hair washing Hydrating body treatments This is a physically active, hands-on service that provides clients with a memorable wellness experience while allowing providers to develop a highly specialized skill set rarely offered in the United States. Qualifications Active Oregon Esthetics License (Required) Previous spa or medical spa experience preferred Experience with HydraFacial treatments preferred Knowledge of Circadia products and protocols preferred Strong communication and consultation skills Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable providing both skincare and body treatments Weekend availability required Physical Requirements Comfortable working in a warm, humid, and wet treatment environment Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday Ability to perform physically active treatments requiring repetitive hand and arm movements Ability to bend, stretch, kneel, and move comfortably throughout longer services Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, including linens, supplies, and treatment materials Schedule Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available Flexible Scheduling Weekend Availability Required Evening Availability Preferred Employment Requirements One-year employment agreement required Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) required Compliance with all company policies, treatment protocols, and professional standards Why Join Moonlight Spa & Hammam?
