We are seeking a skilled, confident Advanced Esthetician who is passionate about results-driven skincare, body contouring, and creating exceptional client experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a boutique, client-focused environment and wants to grow with a business that blends aesthetics, wellness, recovery, and longevity. What You'll Do Your primary focus will be body contouring, skin tightening, and facial rejuvenation treatments using advanced non-invasive technology, including CryoSkin 4.0 treatments. Depending on experience and interest, you may also assist with front desk support and client education.

Responsibilities include:

Perform advanced body contouring and skin tightening treatments Perform facial rejuvenation and anti-aging treatments Conduct thorough consultations and create customized treatment plans Educate clients on treatment expectations, aftercare, and package options Track client progress with photos, measurements, and notes Recommend memberships, packages, and complementary wellness services Maintain treatment rooms, sanitation standards, and device protocols Help create a warm, luxury client experience from consultation through follow-up Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is: Licensed as an Advanced Esthetician in Oregon Experienced with body contouring, radiofrequency, cryotherapy aesthetics, or similar technologies (preferred, but training is available) Confident in consultation-based sales without feeling "salesy" Comfortable working independently in a small business environment Professional, reliable, and genuinely passionate about helping clients achieve visible results Comfortable learning and educating clients on wellness modalities Bonus Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: Body contouring technologies Anti-aging facial treatments LED/red light therapy Client retention, package sales, or membership sales Social media content creation or before/after photography Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Performance bonuses / commission opportunities Tips Full access to wellness spa services Schedule Flexible part-time hours to start, with strong potential for growth into a larger role as demand increases.
