Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Part-Time Advanced Aesthetician/Esthetician to join the team, with the intent to grow into full-time in both the Advanced Aesthetic world and Luxury Spa services. In this dynamic role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments, provide personalized results, and create memorable experiences for clients, offering a plethora of expertise in a wide range of treatment options. Your expertise will help clients achieve their skincare goals while promoting the latest products and techniques. Responsibilities Perform advanced skincare treatments including Laser Hair Removal, RF Body Contouring and Tightening, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, and RF Laser Resurfacing. Perform Luxury facials focusing on both clinical care and relaxation, facial and body waxing, lash lifts and tints, brow laminations, foot treatments and body treatments. Educate clients on skincare routines, working closely with YonKa Skincare, and retail options to enhance their results and satisfaction. Maintain sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning equipment and treatment areas. Deliver outstanding customer service by listening attentively, understanding client goals, and providing tailored treatment plans. Assist with retail sales by recommending suitable products based on individual skin types and preferences. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure comfort, answer questions, and build lasting relationships. Experience Proven experience as an Advanced Esthetician and facials/beauty artist is preferred. Strong knowledge and demonstration of facial techniques such as derma planing, microdermabrasion and skill in beauty services such as lash lifts and brow lamis. Excellent communication skills to educate clients clearly and confidently. Commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety protocols in all treatments.
