INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR OPPORTUNITY
Independent Aesthetic Practitioner (RN, NP, Aesthetician) — Rent Space, Access Medical Oversight, and Rent Lasers.

YOUR INDEPENDENT PRACTICE WITH ZERO OVERHEAD
The Collective at Evidence Medicine & Aesthetics Are you an aesthetic RN, NP, or licensed aesthetician ready for full autonomy? Stop building someone else's practice on commission. The Collective provides the turnkey infrastructure you need to operate as an independent contractor, allowing you to focus purely on your clients and craft. NOT a W-2 job. You would be an independent contractor. We provide you with the essential elements to run your own business:
Compliant Space Rental:
Secure a high-end treatment room in a prime Portland location, built to medical-spa standards. Your dedicated 8-hour weekly block is included in your membership (option for more hours).
Essential Medical Oversight:
Medical directorship and Good Faith Exam (GFE) oversight are handled by our physician, including clinical protocols and sign-off.
Premium Laser & Equipment Rental:
Access our full suite of premium equipment (Fractional CO₂, tattoo removal, laser hair removal, IPL photofacials) on a per-use fee basis. Avoid $100K+ in equipment debt. Keep your profits and set your schedule. We remove the burden of $3,500-$6,000/month in rent/utilities, equipment debt, and compliance management.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Aesthetic RNs and NPs with an existing book of injection patients. Licensed aestheticians with laser certification (or who want to be trained on our house devices). Practitioners who are ready to self-direct their schedule, marketing, and patient care. Operators who want to scale a business — not punch a clock.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
(Summary): Medical directorship & GFE oversight. Premium equipment access (lasers, IPL) via per-use fee. Compliant, finished clinical space rental (dedicated 8-hour weekly block). Specialized training on house devices.
WHAT WE EXPECT
Active, unrestricted Oregon license appropriate to your scope of practice. Successful completion of competency exam on any house device you intend to use (80% pass standard). Outcome-accountable Pay:
