We are seeking a polished, dependable, and client-focused Certified Advanced Esthetician (CAE) to join our growing aesthetics team. This role is essential to the overall client experience. You are often one of the first impressions of our practice and play a critical role in helping create a professional, luxury-level, welcoming client experience from the moment a client contacts our office, walks through the door, receives treatment, and returns for follow-up care. We are looking for someone who understands that excellent aesthetics care is not only about technical skill, but also about warmth, professionalism, attention to detail, client education, follow-up, and relationship-building. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, reliable, polished, and confident working in a high-touch med spa environment. This person should be comfortable following up with leads, scheduling consultations, supporting client retention, encouraging rebooking, helping gain new clientele, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice. We are looking for someone with strong technical skills, excellent client care, a positive and outgoing personality, and a genuine interest in learning and growing with our providers and team. Key Responsibilities Perform CAE-appropriate treatments and advanced modalities within Oregon scope, training, clinic protocols, and provider direction. Help create and maintain a professional, luxury-level, welcoming client experience at every touchpoint. Greet and interact with clients in a warm, polished, and professional manner. Conduct thorough client intakes and skin assessments, review contraindications, and obtain informed consent according to clinic policy. Provide excellent client education regarding treatment expectations, post-treatment care, potential side effects, and recommended treatment plans. Deliver clear written and verbal aftercare instructions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including treatment notes, products used, device settings when applicable, before-and-after photos, and follow-up recommendations. Follow infection control standards, aseptic technique, and clinic safety protocols. Maintain clean, organized, well-stocked treatment rooms that reflect a luxury med spa environment. Ensure efficient room turnover between clients while maintaining a calm, professional, and elevated experience. Monitor clients during and after treatments, respond appropriately to concerns or adverse reactions, and escalate to the provider per clinic protocol. Complete client follow-up, including post-treatment check-ins, scheduling follow-up visits, answering questions within established guidelines, and encouraging continued care. Assist with lead follow-up, consultation scheduling, client retention, and rebooking. Support a high-touch client care model by helping clients feel seen, valued, educated, and confident in their treatment plan . Support light marketing initiatives, including basic social media assistance when requested, such as photos, videos, short captions, stories, or reels consistent with brand guidance. Assist with clinic flow, supply readiness, inventory awareness, and maintaining a polished professional environment. Work collaboratively with providers, management, and the front office team to support excellent client care, client retention, and practice growth. Required Qualifications Active Oregon Certified Advanced Esthetician credential in good standing. Minimum of 12 months hands-on experience performing advanced modalities and/or device-based treatments. Strong understanding of skin physiology, contraindications, treatment safety, and client care standards. Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional, confident presence. Polished appearance and professional demeanor . Dependable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented. Strong follow-through and ability to take initiative. Comfortable using technology for documentation, scheduling, client communication, and photos. Able to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a med spa, clinical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or outpatient medical setting. Experience with laser, energy-based devices, advanced skin modalities, body contouring, or wellness/aesthetic treatments. Experience with Aesthetic Record or similar aesthetics/medical spa software. Comfort with social media posting, basic content creation, and client-facing marketing support. Interest in client retention, membership programs, treatment packages, and practice growth. Ideal Candidate Our ideal candidate is someone who is polished, warm, reliable, and client-centered. You should enjoy working with people, feel confident educating clients, and understand the importance of creating a professional, luxury-level experience that makes clients feel welcomed, cared for, and excited to return. You should also understand the importance of follow-up, rebooking, client retention, and building long-term client relationships.
