In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare and beauty services that enhance our clients' confidence and well-being. Your expertise in esthetic treatments, combined with your dedication to customer satisfaction, will create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents in a vibrant, growth-oriented setting while adhering to the highest standards of sanitation and infection control. Responsibilities Perform a variety of esthetic services including body sugaring, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and non invasive, holistic treatments with precision and care. Provide personalized skincare consultations, recommending suitable treatments and products based on individual skin types and concerns. Maintain strict sanitation and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Manage medical records accurately using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, documenting treatments and client preferences thoroughly. Educate clients on skincare routines, product use, and maintenance to promote long-term skin health. Support sales efforts by recommending retail products that complement treatments and meet client needs. Experience Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices. Hands-on experience performing skin treatments such as dermabrasion, dermaplaning, body sugaring, and eyelash extensions. Familiarity with lash lifts and brow lamination is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships. Knowledge of sanitation standards, infection control procedures, and safety protocols essential for maintaining a hygienic workspace. Experience working with EMR systems for record keeping and appointment management preferred. Ability to stay current with industry trends such as hair threading techniques, medical esthetic procedures, and new skincare innovations.
