Monday Wednesday Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m

$25-27/hourly, non-exempt

Who You Are:
We are looking for an experienced, friendly Medical Aesthetician with memorable patient service skills. This position requires the ability to work well independently and in support of our team, adjusting the needs of our practice and meeting deadlines. In addition you will also have: High School diploma or GED Certified Advanced Aesthetics License in Oregon 2+ years as a medical aesthetician with laser/platform and consultation experience Passion & commitment to friendly, responsive, professional customer care Proven active listening and communication skills Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, scheduling software, etc. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and follow all HIPAA guidelines The ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand to perform treatments for extended periods of time
What You'll Do:
Key Laser Institute's Medical Aesthetician serves our patients and internal staff by performing and assisting in cosmetic treatments and surgeries with safety and compliance while providing memorable customer care that builds frequency and referrals. This is a part-time opportunity for an engaging individual who is organized, team-oriented and commitment to patient care.
In this position you will:
Perform related duties as assigned to include laser & body contouring treatments (as trained and approved by the Medical Director) Assist Dr. Key and other providers with procedures Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures, HIPPA, and OSHA regulations, and office protocol guidelines Perform patient intake including description of treatment, consents, and photography/imagery Accomplish patient outtake including post treatment instructions, follow-up calls, and patient charting Set up and take down surgical procedures Contribute to room maintenance and stocking Attend in-service trainings/meetings Order products as assigned Sterilize instruments and perform laser maintenance as assigned Learn and understand available treatments options and provide accurate information (brochures or referral information) to patients upon request Be comfortable learning names and building a following for your services and memorable care All offers of employment are contingent on the candidate passing a drug screening and background check. Position will be part time to start but will likely transition to full time once schedule fills out.
