Job Title:
Advanced Esthetician or Aesthetic Injector PEAKMD & Daybreak Wellness Sisters, Oregon Are you an experienced esthetician or injector looking for a beautiful space, a collaborative environment, and the opportunity to grow your own practice? PEAKMD with Daybreak Recovery Spa is seeking an Advanced Esthetician, Medical Esthetician, or Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP, or PA) interested in building a thriving aesthetics practice within a physician-led longevity and wellness center. This is not a traditional employment position. We are seeking an entrepreneurial provider interested in an independent contractor or revenue-sharing arrangement that allows flexibility, autonomy, and growth. About Us PEAKMD is a physician-owned longevity and wellness clinic founded by Siobhan Gray, MD. Our mission is to help people build strength, vitality, resilience, and health for life through personalized, evidence-based care. Daybreak Recovery Spa offers recovery and wellness services including infrared sauna, red light therapy, compression therapy, PEMF, cold plunge, massage and other recovery-focused experiences. Together, we are creating a destination for health, wellness, recovery, and aesthetics in Sisters, Oregon. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Has experience in aesthetics and client consultation Provides exceptional client care and communication Is self-motivated and entrepreneurial Enjoys building relationships and a loyal client base Is interested in wellness, longevity, and whole-person health Wants to grow alongside an innovative physician-led practice
Services May Include For Estheticians:
Customized facial treatments Chemical peels Microneedling Dermaplaning Hydrafacial services Laser services (if certified) Skincare consultations and retail recommendations
For Injectors:
Neurotoxins Dermal fillers Biostimulators Facial rejuvenation consultations Natural aesthetic enhancement treatments What We Offer Beautiful wellness-focused environment Established physician-led practice Cross-referrals from PEAKMD/Daybreak Flexible schedule Revenue-sharing or independent contractor structure Opportunity to help shape future aesthetic offerings Collaborative, supportive culture Compensation Compensation will be structured as an independent contractor or revenue-sharing arrangement and will be based on experience, services offered, and existing clientele. $45.29 - $100.00 per hour
