Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments, educate clients on skincare routines, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Your expertise will help clients look and feel their best while supporting our commitment to professional service and community well-being. Responsibilities Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments. Provide personalized skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products. Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure client safety. Manage medical records accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and aftercare instructions. Assist with retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products to clients. Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and infection control throughout all procedures. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control practices. Certified in cosmetology with a valid esthetician license. Familiarity with color theory for makeup application and skin tone analysis. Experience using EMR systems for client records management. Skills in advanced esthetic treatments such as tattooing, laser therapy, dermabrasion, and eyelash extensions. Ability to perform body waxing, hair threading, makeup application, and other beauty services confidently. Understanding of medical records management related to esthetic treatments.
