Licensed Esthetician

We're currently looking for a part-time Head Spa Specialist to join our team at ATRIUM Head Spa in downtown Lancaster. This role is ideal for someone who is calm, highly independent, hospitality-focused, and genuinely passionate about creating a relaxing luxury experience for guests. Our environment is warm, peaceful, and team-oriented, but this position also requires confidence working independently. Some shifts may be completely solo, while others may involve doubles appointments, group bookings, or spa parties. Saturday availability is required.

What the role includes:

Performing luxury head spa and scalp wellness services Creating an elevated, welcoming guest experience from start to finish Maintaining a clean, calm, detail-oriented workspace Supporting doubles appointments, group bookings, and special event days when needed Recommending retail and add-on services naturally when appropriate What we're looking for: Pennsylvania esthetician or cosmetology license required Strong hospitality and communication skills Self-motivated and dependable Comfortable working both independently and with a team Comfortable performing or learning facial services Open to supporting other areas of the spa experience when needed Adaptable and willing to grow within a small, team-oriented environment Someone who values work-life balance while also understanding the importance of weekend availability in the spa industry Luxury spa, wellness, shampoo, scalp treatment, massage, or guest service experience is a plus

Compensation:

Compensation typically ranges approximately $25-$55+ per hour plus gratuities depending on bookings, experience, and performance.
