We're looking for a beauty professional who is passionate about skincare, enjoys educating clients, loves sales, and understands how to use social media to build a loyal clientele.

Responsibilities:

Perform professional facials customized to each client's skin type and concerns. Conduct thorough skin consultations and recommend personalized skincare treatments and home care regimens. Perform eyebrow and facial waxing services safely and professionally. Provide relaxing head, neck, and facial massages during treatments. Educate clients on skincare products and confidently recommend retail products to support their treatment goals. Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes. Follow all sanitation, safety, and infection control regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment area. Create engaging social media content to showcase your work, educate clients, and attract new business. Build long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.

Qualifications:

Current Pennsylvania Esthetician License. Graduate of an accredited esthetics program. Previous spa or salon experience preferred. Strong knowledge of skin analysis, facials, facial waxing, skincare treatments, and product ingredients. Excellent customer service, communication, and consultation skills. Passion for retail sales and confidence in recommending professional skincare products. Social media savvy with the ability to create engaging content and promote your services. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented salon environment. Commitment to continuing education and staying current on skincare trends and techniques.
