Medical Aesthetician - Junior/Senior

Position Overview:

Medical Aestheticians are a clinical role within the PCPS team, supporting patient care, procedural workflows, and non-surgical & perioperative activities within a physician-led plastic surgery practice. This role emphasizes reliability, technical skill development, adherence to clinical standards, and safe execution of delegated patient care tasks under appropriate supervision. Medical Aestheticians at PCPS develop their scope progressively, building competence in skin health, procedural support, treatment planning, medical devices, and patient experience. With experience, demonstrated judgment, and consistency in performance, the role may expand to include advanced energy-based procedures, workflow coordination, mentorship of junior team members, and participation in operational and service improvement efforts, supporting both individual professional growth and the continued advancement of the practice. We are looking for a junior or senior Aesthetician who wants to succeed not only at the company, but personally. To acheive growth in their own lives as a reflection of what we offer to our patients. Requirements :

Aesthetician Licensure in good standing in Pennsylvania Electronic Practice Management Program (EMR) and/or Client Relationship Management (CRM) experience Demonstrates clinical competence, professionalism, consistency, and sound judgment appropriate to role and level Successful completion of State and Federal Background Checks BLS Certification preferred or required within established onboarding timeframe Minimum experience requirements in all categories listed in the following promotional rubric. Experience requirements are not interchangeable or cumulative across categories to qualify for a given level. Junior Aesthetician Minimum 3 years of cosmetology experience Minimum 1 year of medical aesthetic experience in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, or Medical Spa environments Laser certification required Pay range: $20-$24/hour + Commission Senior Aesthetician Minimum 5 years of cosmetology experience Minimum 3 years of medical aesthetic experience Minimum 1 year of medical laser experience Pay range: $24-$32/hour +
