Stilleaux Spa & Salon is hiring a licensed Esthetician who is focused on building a long-term beauty career, growing a loyal skincare clientele, and operating with independence. This is a hybrid role combining commission-based earnings, personal client income retention, and booth rental opportunity as your business develops. You will receive mentorship and business support, but must already be skilled in core esthetic services and committed to professional growth.

What You'll Do:

Perform facials and advanced skincare treatments Provide waxing and other esthetic services as licensed Conduct skin consultations and recommend treatments Maintain sanitation and professional spa standards Build and retain your own clientele Deliver high-end client experience and care

Compensation Structure:
