Job Description
Position Overview Are you passionate about both providing exceptional client experiences and helping other estheticians grow? We're looking for a motivated, experienced esthetician to join our team in a unique hybrid role that combines working in salon with traveling as part of our Corporate Education Team. This position offers the opportunity to continue servicing clients while also representing the brand through corporate-led trainings across our franchise system. Monthly Schedule Week 1: Travel with the Corporate Education Team to deliver training, coaching, and education support to franchise locations throughout the country. Week 2: Scheduled time off from both salon and corporate responsibilities. Week 3: Work in the Coeur d'Alene salon providing esthetic services to guests. Week 4: Travel with the Corporate Education Team to deliver training, coaching, and education support to franchise locations throughout the country. While travel schedules may occasionally vary based on business needs, this is the intended monthly rotation. Maintain company service standards and client satisfaction. Recommend retail products and memberships. Support salon operations and team culture. Corporate Travel Responsibilities During travel weeks, you will: Travel to franchise locations throughout the United States. Deliver educational resources, demonstrations, and coaching. Support new salon openings. Mentor estheticians in being a successful esthetician at Hello Sugar. Represent the brand with professionalism both on and off the clock while traveling. Complete training documentation and provide feedback to the Corporate Education Team. Qualifications Current esthetics license (or ability to obtain reciprocity when required). Strong technical waxing and client service skills. Excellent communication and public speaking abilities. Comfortable traveling by air and staying overnight. Organized, dependable, and adaptable. Passion for coaching, leadership, and professional development. Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in changing environments. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate enjoys variety and is excited to make an impact beyond the treatment room. They are equally passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and helping fellow estheticians elevate their skills.
They are:
Professional and dependable. Confident speaking in front of groups. Flexible and adaptable. Self-motivated and organized. A positive ambassador for our brand and culture. Why You'll Love This Role A unique career path combining guest services and education. Opportunities to travel and visit franchise locations across the country. Continuous professional development and leadership experience. A predictable monthly schedule that includes one full week off for work-life balance. The opportunity to directly influence the success of estheticians and salons throughout the franchise system. This position reports jointly to the Salon Owner and the Corporate Director of Education. During salon weeks, responsibilities will focus on client care and salon performance. During travel weeks, responsibilities will shift to supporting the Corporate Education Team and representing the company in the field.
