Our mission is to help patients look, feel, and age their best through evidence-based treatments, exceptional service, and personalized care. We're seeking an experienced, passionate Licensed Aesthetician who is excited to help build a premier patient experience from the ground up. This is an opportunity to grow with a new practice where your ideas, professionalism, and commitment to excellence will have a direct impact on our success. What You'll Do Perform professional aesthetic treatments including: Hydrafacials Chemical peels Microneedling (if licensed/trained) Dermaplaning (if licensed/trained) Customized facial treatments Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans. Educate patients on skincare routines and treatment options. Recommend appropriate medical-grade skincare products. Document treatments accurately and maintain patient records. Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and inventory. Follow all infection control, safety, and sanitation protocols. Deliver an exceptional, concierge-level patient experience from consultation through follow-up. Collaborate closely with our Nurse Practitioner and clinical team. Qualifications Required Current California Aesthetician or Cosmetology License. Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice. Strong knowledge of skin physiology and aesthetic treatments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to educate patients without using high-pressure sales tactics. Preferred Experience with Hydrafacial. Experience performing microneedling (where permitted under applicable regulations and employer protocols). Knowledge of medical-grade skincare lines. Experience using EMR or practice management software. Social media content creation experience is a plus. Existing client following is a plus but not required.
