Our offerings are designed to be high-vibrational, clean, intentional, and transformative , delivering elevated wellness experiences directly to clients through mobile spa services, curated rituals, and holistic treatments. Role Overview MGKL Spa is seeking an experienced Spa Consultant to provide strategic and operational expertise in the development, launch, and optimization of our spa services. This consultant will play a key role in shaping MGKL's service menu, pricing structure, operational standards, and staff training programs , ensuring alignment with luxury hospitality, wellness compliance, and brand ethos. Key Responsibilities Service & Menu Development Design and structure MGKL Spa's full service menu , including: Signature treatments Express vs. premium offerings Add-on services and upgrades Ritual-based and chakra-focused experiences Ensure services are aligned with mobile spa logistics , flow, and client experience Advise on treatment durations, sequencing, and service combinations Pricing & Revenue Strategy Develop competitive yet premium pricing models Recommend tiered packages (membership, bundles, corporate, events, VIP) Align pricing with market trends, labor costs, and target margins Advise on upselling strategies and retail integration Operations & SOP Development Create or refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for: Client intake & consultations Service execution Sanitation, safety, and compliance Mobile spa setup and breakdown Ensure alignment with Florida licensing and regulatory standards Advise on workflow optimization within a mobile unit Staff Training & Education Develop training manuals and protocols for estheticians and therapists Train staff on: Service execution and consistency Client experience & luxury service standards Product knowledge and contraindications Brand philosophy and wellness language Conduct live or virtual training sessions as needed Brand Alignment & Experience Design Ensure all services reflect MGKL's luxury, holistic, and spiritual identity Advise on sensory elements (aroma, music, crystals, intention setting) Support creation of signature rituals unique to MGKL Spa Advisory & Launch Support Provide guidance during soft launch and full launch Review feedback and recommend service refinements Act as a strategic advisor for future service expansions Qualifications 5+ years experience in spa management, spa consulting, or luxury wellness operations Proven experience developing spa menus and pricing strategies Strong knowledge of: Esthetics and body treatments Wellness trends and holistic therapies Luxury hospitality standards Familiarity with Florida spa licensing and compliance (preferred) Experience with mobile spas or non-traditional spa environments (highly preferred) Strong communication, training, and documentation skills Ideal Consultant Profile Strategic thinker with hands-on spa expertise Detail-oriented and process-driven Passionate about holistic wellness and intentional healing Comfortable working with startups and growing luxury brands Able to balance creativity with operational practicality Compensation Competitive project-based or hourly consulting fee Potential for: Ongoing advisory retainer Future collaboration on product line or expansion
