This is a hybrid role for someone who thrives both in the treatment room and behind the scenes helping drive brand growth, education, and client engagement. The ideal candidate is a licensed esthetician who is confident performing advanced skin treatments, passionate about aesthetics education, and excited to help grow a medical aesthetics brand through training support, social media marketing, customer service, and community conversion about the brand. This role combines hands-on esthetic treatments, training/event execution, client experience, product sales, and marketing coordination into one high-impact position. Key ResponsibilitiesEsthetic Services / Patient Care Perform professional aesthetic treatments including: Customized facials Microneedling Chemical peels / dermaplaning Skin consultations Treatment plan recommendations Post-treatment care education Deliver exceptional patient experience from consultation through follow-up Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, sanitation, and clinical readiness Accurately chart treatments and maintain client documentation Training & Education Support Coordinate and support in-house training events, workshops, and educational sessions Prepare treatment rooms, products, supplies, consent forms, and educational materials Assist with model scheduling and attendee communication Recruit and coordinate treatment models for trainings Ensure model eligibility, preparation, waivers, and documentation are complete Provide day-of operational support to ensure seamless training execution Marketing & Brand Growth Create engaging social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, stories/reels) Capture before/after content, educational content, and behind-the-scenes footage Assist with promotional campaigns, launches, and event marketing Engage with leads/messages and help drive appointment bookings Support local brand awareness initiatives and partnerships Retail & Revenue Growth Recommend professional skincare products based on client needs Educate clients on home care regimens Support monthly sales goals for treatments and retail products Assist with promotional conversion initiatives Qualifications Active Esthetician License (required) Experience performing facials, microneedling, and chemical peels (we can teach if you don't know all of these just yet) Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment planning Social media/content creation experience preferred Comfortable on camera and creating educational/marketing content Strong sales confidence with consultative approach Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced aesthetics environment Experience in med spa / aesthetics environment preferred What We're Looking For The right person is: Highly organized Sales-minded without being pushy Confident with patients and social media Reliable and self-motivated Comfortable balancing clinical, marketing, and event responsibilities Passionate about aesthetics, education, and growth Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly base pay (based on experience) Treatment commissions Retail product commissions Performance bonuses Health insurance Growth opportunities within
