• at Dermalogica, you will be an integral part of our team, building lasting relationships with customers and striving to meet overall store goals and objectives. You will have the opportunity to provide clients with a full range of personalized skincare solutions and services, including Face Mapping consultations, personalized skin care treatments, and home-care solutions.
• Key•Responsibilities•: + Educate and inspire customers to learn more about their personal skincare needs and the unique benefits of Dermalogica products + Conduct Face Mapping analysis and provide personalized skin care treatments + Maintain and increase knowledge of Dermalogica's product line and treatments by attending training sessions + Achieve monthly and yearly Retail and Service productivity expectations + Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room •What You'll Bring•

Key Qualifications:

• + California Esthetician License
• required
• + Minimum of two plus (2+) years of experience working in a sophisticated retail environment

• + Knowledge and professional experience with Dermalogica products and concepts are
• _highly desired_
• + Previous experience in a treatment room

• + Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and point-of-sale system + Ability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday), opening and closing shifts
