You will provide high-quality massage and skincare services while creating a seamless, personalized guest experience aligned with Citron Spa standards. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional massage therapy and facial treatments tailored to each guest Provide an elevated, welcoming, and professional guest experience from start to finish Communicate clearly with guests to understand their goals and recommend appropriate services and home care Maintain treatment rooms and spa areas according to strict cleanliness and sanitation standards Support team collaboration and contribute to a positive spa culture Educate guests on services, products, and wellness recommendations Build and retain a loyal clientele The Ideal Candidate Licensed in Massage Therapy (RI) and Esthetics (RI) Passionate about holistic wellness, skincare, and bodywork Positive, team-oriented, and professional demeanor Strong communication and guest connection skills Motivated to grow within the spa and expand skillset Comfortable recommending services and retail in a genuine, guest-focused way Able to manage time effectively and maintain a flexible schedule Available to work at least one weekend day Experience is a plus, but not required - we value attitude, presence, and a willingness to learn.
