Spa Coordinator + Licensed Esthetician (Part-Time) Citron Spa | Wayland Square, Providence We are currently seeking a Rhode Island Licensed Esthetician to join our team in a dual role as both a Spa Coordinator and Service Provider at Citron Spa, a boutique wellness spa located in the heart of Wayland Square on Providence's East Side. At Citron, we blend holistic wellness with modern clinical skincare to create a deeply personalized and elevated guest experience. As a Spa Coordinator , you will support the front desk, manage guest communication, and ensure a seamless, polished spa flow. Success in this role means being able to shift confidently between treatment provider and guest experience coordinator , while maintaining consistency, professionalism, and warmth in both areas. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience + Front Desk (Spa Coordinator)

• Welcome guests and create a calm, polished check-in and check-out experience
• Manage appointment scheduling and daily spa flow
• Communicate with guests via phone, text, and email
• Share information about services, memberships, and seasonal offerings
• Support guest retention through rebooking and thoughtful follow-up
• Maintain spa presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality standards Treatment Delivery (Esthetician)
• Perform customized facials, body treatments, and waxing services at the highest standard
• Deliver a warm, personalized, and professional guest experience from start to finish
• Educate guests on their skin, treatment plan, and long-term results
• Ensure each service reflects Citron's elevated and intentional approach Recommendations + Sales
• Confidently recommend 1-3 retail products and enhancements per guest
• Support membership conversations and long-term client relationships
• Integrate recommendations naturally into the guest experience Operations + Environment
• Maintain treatment rooms and front desk areas to Citron standards at all times
• Complete opening and closing checklists for both treatment and front desk shifts
• Assist with laundry, inventory, retail restocking, and general organization
• Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and operational protocols Professionalism, Communication + Team Alignment (Culture)
• Maintain a calm, positive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Communicate clearly and professionally with both guests and team members

• Available to work at least one weekend day Requirements
• Active Rhode Island Esthetician License
• Ability to perform all core esthetic services
• Comfortable working both on the floor and at the front desk
