Set within a beautifully restored, luxury-designed space in downtown Charleston, The Society of Preservation is redefining aesthetic wellness through timeless sophistication, advanced technology, and elevated guest experience. We are seeking experienced licensed Aestheticians with polished professionalism, exceptional client relationship skills, and a passion for delivering results-driven treatments in an intentional, luxurious environment. This is a rare opportunity to establish your practice within Charleston's newest elevated aesthetic destination through our Suite / Hybrid model , thoughtfully designed for accomplished providers ready to grow their clientele within a beautifully supported setting. Our suite/hybrid structure is designed for experienced providers who value autonomy while benefiting from full operational and marketing support. At The Society, every treatment room is beautifully appointed and designed to inspire aesthetic artistry while giving providers access to the latest clinically proven technologies and elevated service offerings. Beautifully Designed Treatment Suites Fully furnished, luxury treatment rooms in an iconic historic Charleston setting Unlimited Access to Advanced Technology Access to clinically proven, trendsetting medical aesthetic equipment and signature facial technology Exclusive Luxury Product Partnerships High-end professional treatment products and premium post-treatment skincare retail offerings Full Operational Support Live & electronic booking & scheduling platform, inventory management system, & streamlined treatment workflow support Comprehensive Brand Marketing Professionally designed website, ongoing social media marketing, community collaborations, Influencer Ambassadors, & brand positioning. Dedicated Guest Experience Support Full-time onsite Concierge Guest Services Coordinator managing check-ins, guest flow, and elevated hospitality Built-In Client Growth Opportunities Several monthly membership program offerings designed to encourage retention and recurring clientele An Elevated Culture A sophisticated, intentional environment curated to deliver a luxurious, refined experience for both guests and providers We're Looking For Licensed Esthetician in South Carolina Minimum 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic treatment experience preferred Strong existing clientele and relationship-building skills Experience delivering elevated facial services Motivated by results-driven skincare and advanced treatment protocols Professional, polished, and wellness minded presence MUST have an Entrepreneurial mindset with desire to GROW within a luxury collaborative setting Passion for refined aesthetics, elevated skincare, and wellness & luxury hospitality Ideal Service Experience Customized luxury facials, Dermaplaning, chemical peels, brow shaping/waxing, advanced skincare devices, luxury skincare retail sales, corrective skincare treatments, advanced exfoliation treatments, and knowledge of advanced aesthetic technologies & facial devices. To preserve the intimate, elevated standard of The Society of Preservation, only five founding Aesthetician placements will be offered.
