Our Concept Store in downtown Charleston is designed to help customers turn skincare routines into meaningful rituals through elevated product education, thoughtful service, and a calming retail experience. We are launching The She Biology Skin Ritual Room, a private facial experience inside the She Biology Concept Store focused on acne, aging, wrinkles, dry skin, texture, dehydration, stressed skin, uneven tone, and overall skin wellness. We are looking for a Lead Licensed Esthetician & Skin Ritual Manager who genuinely loves, or is excited to deeply learn, the She Biology brand, products, mission, and ritual-based skincare philosophy. This role is for someone who is passionate about wellness living, clean skincare products, holistic beauty, intentional self-care, and helping clients feel cared for in their skin. Why This Role Is Special This is an opportunity to help launch the facial service experience inside She Biology Concept Store, a founder-led luxury skincare and wellness brand located on King Street in downtown Charleston. This is not a high-volume spa role. It is a premium, intimate skin ritual experience designed to connect professional facial services with She Biology's at-home skincare rituals. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow with the brand, build repeat clientele, support product education, participate in elevated brand content, and become a key part of She Biology's next chapter. About the Role The Lead Licensed Esthetician & Skin Ritual Manager will provide premium facial services using She Biology products, educate clients on their skin concerns, and recommend the appropriate She Biology at-home ritual after each service. This role is both service-based and retail-driven. The right candidate should not only be skilled in performing facials, but also excited to represent She Biology, speak confidently about the products, and help clients build consistent skincare rituals at home. We are looking for someone who understands that skincare is not just about products or treatments. It is also about consistency, education, care, and the way a client feels in her skin. The esthetician will be part of launching a new service experience inside the Concept Store, so the ideal candidate should be flexible, professional, positive, reliable, and excited to help build something new from the ground up. Salon Manager Responsibility The selected lead esthetician may also serve as the designated salon manager for The She Biology Skin Ritual Room, if eligible under South Carolina Board of Cosmetology requirements. This includes helping support proper sanitation, licensing compliance, treatment room standards, professional conduct, and the overall client experience within the facial service area. The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of a small, premium, ritual-based treatment space and helping She Biology launch this new service experience with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. Responsibilities

• Perform luxury facial services inside The She Biology Skin Ritual Room.
• Provide skin consultations for concerns such as acne, aging, wrinkles, dry skin, texture, dehydration, stressed skin, dullness, uneven tone, and sensitive skin.
• Use She Biology products during services and educate clients on their benefits.
• Recommend the appropriate She Biology Full Size Ritual Kit, Travel Ritual Kit, or individual products after each service.
• Help clients understand how to maintain their results at home through a consistent skincare ritual.
• Create a warm, calming, professional, and elevated client experience.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment space.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and licensing requirements.
• Support retail sales during scheduled consultation or service hours.
• Help build repeat facial bookings, rebooking conversations, and client follow-ups.
• Participate in select marketing content, including educational Reels, founder conversations, facial demonstrations, behind-the-scenes content, and skincare education.
• Represent She Biology with a polished, warm, elevated, and service-focused presence.
• Help protect and support the culture of the She Biology Concept Store.
• Support the launch and growth of The She Biology Skin Ritual Room.
• Assist with treatment room standards, service flow, and client experience expectations.
• Help support salon compliance responsibilities if serving as the designated salon manager. Required Qualifications
• Current South Carolina esthetician license.
• Experience performing facial services.
• Strong understanding of acne, dry skin, aging, wrinkles, texture, dehydration, uneven tone, and sensitive skin.
• Passion for clean skincare products, wellness living, and ritual-based self-care.
• Must genuinely love or be excited to deeply learn the She Biology brand, products, mission, and skincare philosophy.
• Comfortable recommending and selling skincare products after services.
• Comfortable educating clients on skincare routines and product use.
• Professional, reliable, warm, and highly client-focused.
• Comfortable working in a luxury retail environment.
• Able to work weekday appointment blocks, with occasional select Saturday availability preferred.
• Comfortable being featured in educational social media content for She Biology.
• Comfortable helping launch a new service experience inside a founder-led concept store. Preferred Qualifications
• Existing facial clientele or local Charleston client relationships.
• Experience selling skincare or beauty retail.
• Interest in clean beauty, wellness, holistic skincare, luxury skincare, or ritual-based skincare.
• Comfortable speaking on camera for short-form educational content.
• Experience with luxury customer service.
• Ability to help build a new facial service program from the ground up.
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to educate clients.
• Social media presence or willingness to support brand content.
• Excited to grow with a founder-led beauty and wellness brand.
• Interest in leadership, treatment room management, client experience, or salon compliance.
• Select Saturday availability when needed for appointments, events, or launch support. Compensation This role begins as a hybrid part-time lead position with a base hourly rate and performance-based commission.
• $25/hour for approved scheduled hours
• 5% commission on completed facial services
• 3% commission on She Biology kits personally sold
• Monthly performance bonuses may be available when service, retail, rebooking, and client experience goals are met After the first 30 days, commission may increase based on performance, completed services, retail sales, client experience, reliability, rebooking, and overall contribution to the launch of The She Biology Skin Ritual Room.

Commission may increase up to 8%-10% on completed facial services and/or eligible She Biology kit sales once agreed-upon service and sales goals are consistently met. Commission will not exceed 10%. Scheduled hours may include booked facials, consultations, approved retail support, approved training, approved events, content creation, launch support, select Saturday appointments, or salon management responsibilities. Initial schedule will likely begin at 8-12 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours as bookings, performance, client demand, and business needs grow. Schedule Facials will primarily be offered during the week, with select Saturday appointments available based on bookings, client demand, events, and business needs. This role will not require every Saturday.

Initial schedule may include:

• Tuesday private appointment day
• One to two additional weekday appointment blocks
• Select Saturday appointment blocks as needed
• Occasional weekday content, training, or launch support

• Barrier support This is not a high-volume spa environment.

It is a private, premium, ritual-based skin experience designed to connect professional facial services with the She Biology at-home skincare ritual. Retail Expectations This role includes retail sales and client education. Every facial should end with a thoughtful product recommendation, routine guidance, or rebooking conversation. The esthetician will be expected to recommend She Biology products based on the client's skin needs, including:

• She Biology Full Size Ritual Kit
• She Biology Travel Ritual Kit
• Individual She Biology skincare products as needed The ideal candidate should feel confident explaining why at-home skincare matters and how the She Biology ritual can support the client between appointments.
