Part-Time Aesthetic Body Contouring Specialist

Inspire Health & Weight Loss is a growing wellness and medical weight loss practice in Charleston, SC. We are hiring a part-time Aesthetic Body Contouring Specialist to perform T-Shape 2 body contouring and facial treatments in a supervised medical-aesthetic setting. This position is ideal for someone with experience in aesthetics, med spa services, skincare, medical assisting, patient care, wellness, massage therapy, body contouring, or other hands-on client care. Prior T-Shape 2 experience is not required. Paid device-specific training will be provided. The right person will be professional, reliable, warm with clients, comfortable with hands-on treatments, and able to follow written protocols carefully.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform non-invasive T-Shape 2 body contouring and facial treatments after training and competency sign-off
• Follow written clinic protocols and provider direction at all times
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies before each session
• Screen for basic treatment precautions and escalate questions or concerns to the supervising provider
• Provide a professional, comfortable, and polished client experience
• Document treatment details accurately in the client record
• Educate clients on general treatment expectations, follow-up, and recommended treatment plans
• Support rebooking, client retention, and package completion
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, client confidentiality, and professional standards

Qualifications:

• Active South Carolina license, certification, or healthcare/aesthetics credential appropriate for hands-on client or patient care preferred or required depending on role background
• Examples may include esthetician, cosmetologist, CMA, RMA, CCMA, CNA, LPN, RN, massage therapist, or similar healthcare/aesthetics experience
• Prior med spa, aesthetics, wellness, medical office, body contouring, or hands-on patient/client care experience preferred
• Must be reliable, punctual, coachable, and comfortable following detailed protocols
• Must communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
• Must be comfortable working in a supervised medical-aesthetic environment
• Prior T-Shape 2 experience is not required; training will be provided

Compensation:

Paid training starts at $20/hour. After training and competency sign-off, compensation is primarily per completed T-Shape 2 treatment, with typical equivalent earnings of approximately $25

• 45/hour during active treatment blocks depending on appointment volume, efficiency, and performance.

This position is expected to start part-time at approximately 10-25 hours per week, with the potential to grow into more hours or a full-time role as client demand increases.
