Duties Provide a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, eyelash tinting, and esthetic laser treatments to meet client needs. Perform professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and creativity. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales opportunities to promote healthy skin and beauty products. Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards by properly sterilizing tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations. Upsell additional treatments or products by understanding client preferences and offering tailored solutions to maximize satisfaction. Stay current with industry trends like color theory, dermabrasion techniques, and new esthetic laser treatments to provide innovative services. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, provide personalized consultations, and ensure an exceptional experience. Experience Proven experience as an Esthetician or Nail Technician with a strong portfolio of skincare and nail services. Knowledge of color theory for makeup application and nail art design. Familiarity with advanced skincare treatments such as dermabrasion, esthetic laser procedures, and body waxing techniques. Skilled in threading, eyelash extensions Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients. Experience in retail sales including retail math skills to recommend products effectively while upselling services. Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
