As our salon continues to grow, we are looking for a talented Lash Artist to join our team. Overview We are seeking a licensed, motivated, and dependable Lash Artist who is passionate about delivering high-quality lash extentions service and creating an outstanding client experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an artist looking to grow their clientele in a high-visibility,rapidly growing downtown location. Duties Perform classic, hybrid, volume, and mega volume lash extentions services Maintain exceptional sanitation and infection control standards and accordance with Tennessee State Board regulations Deliver outstanding customer serivce and build lasting client relationships. Maintain accurate clinet consulation and service records. Recommend retail products and educate clinets on proper aftercare. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized and professional salon environment. Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with active credentials in good standing Proven experience in performing eyelash extensions preferred Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols, infection control practices, and safety standards Strong communication and customer service skills. Professional, reliable, and self-motivated. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Ability to build and retain a loyal clientele.
