Duties Provide professional skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion to meet individual client needs. Perform face waxing and other beauty services with precision and care. Conduct skin analysis using color theory principles to recommend suitable products and treatments. Maintain strict infection control and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Manage medical records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems to document treatments and client progress. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aftercare instructions to promote ongoing skin health. Assist in sales efforts by recommending retail products aligned with clients' skincare goals while delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Certified Esthetician or Cosmetologist with specialization in esthetic treatments. Proven experience performing esthetic procedures such as dermabrasion, laser treatments, eyelash extensions, and body waxing. Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols, infection control practices, and OSHA regulations. Familiarity with EMR systems for accurate record keeping and client management. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships. Knowledge of color theory, makeup application techniques, and skin anatomy is highly desirable. Ability to stay current with industry trends including tattooing techniques or new esthetic laser technologies is a plus.
