The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various aesthetic treatments and services, demonstrating exceptional customer service and communication skills. This role involves providing high-quality skincare treatments, lashes extensions with diverse techniques, managing client relationships, and contributing to a welcoming salon environment. The Aesthetician will also be responsible for promoting products and services while ensuring compliance with sanitation standards. Responsibilities Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and esthetic laser treatments. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with industry standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns effectively. Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries. Conduct product demonstrations and upsell retail products to enhance client satisfaction. Utilize salon software such as Millennium and

MINDBODY

for appointment management and client records. Engage in social media management to promote services and enhance the salon's online presence. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience and maintain high service standards. Stay updated on the latest trends in aesthetics, skincare, and beauty treatments. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or esthetician license required. Proven experience in a med spa or salon setting is preferred; familiarity with facials, advanced treatments, massage, and general skincare is a plus. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices within the beauty industry. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Experience with retail sales and upselling techniques is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively. Previous experience using salon software for scheduling and customer management is beneficial.
