Position Details We're currently hiring for up to two openings at our Music Row and East Nashville locations. Weekend availability is required. Qualifications Valid Tennessee Esthetician License 1+ year experience preferred (passion and client care matter most) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable educating clients about treatments, memberships, and products Comfortable working in a fast-paced, open-concept environment Experience with the following is a plus: HydraFacial MD, Glo2 Oxygen Facial, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, Cryo Facials, Brow Lamination, Waxing + Tinting Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay starting at $14 + tips + commission Average earnings: $22-$45 per hour depending on schedule and client load Additional earning opportunities: ✨ 20% retail commission ✨ $15-$20 per package or clinical service sold ✨ Bonuses and incentives for performance ✨ Advanced training and continued education ✨ Monthly complimentary facial ✨ Professional skincare products at wholesale cost Ready to Grow Your Career?
