Job Description
Join One of San Antonio's Premier Medical Aesthetic Practices! We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and results-driven Licensed Medical Aesthetician to join our rapidly growing luxury medical spa. This is an excellent opportunity for an established provider with an existing clientele or someone confident in building and maintaining a loyal patient base while delivering exceptional aesthetic treatments. Compensation 100% Commission-Based Position Unlimited earning potential Performance bonuses available Employee discounts on products and services Strong physician support and established medical practice Marketing support provided Qualifications Active Texas Aesthetician License 3-5+ years of Medical Spa experience required Experience working in a physician-led medical spa preferred Professional appearance and excellent communication skills Strong sales and consultation abilities Ability to educate patients on treatment plans and skincare products Self-motivated with a positive attitude Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment Preferred Experience Experience performing: Hydrafacial DiamondGlow Chemical Peels Microneedling Dermaplaning Medical-Grade Facials Acne Treatments LED Light Therapy Radiofrequency Skin Tightening Body Contouring Treatments Laser Hair Reduction (preferred) IPL/Photofacial (preferred) Medical skincare consultations Retail skincare sales Responsibilities Perform professional aesthetic treatments safely and effectively Conduct comprehensive patient consultations Develop customized treatment plans Educate patients on skincare and post-treatment care Recommend medical-grade skincare products Maintain accurate patient documentation Ensure treatment rooms remain clean, organized, and compliant Build long-term patient relationships Help grow the practice through exceptional patient experience Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who: Loves helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals Is confident in recommending treatment plans Has excellent closing and sales skills Takes pride in delivering luxury-level customer service Wants to grow with a successful, physician-led practice Why Join Us?
