This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about aesthetics, client care, and delivering high-quality results in a calm, elevated, and personalized environment. As a Laser Technician at Seda, you will be responsible for performing safe and effective laser hair removal treatments, educating clients, maintaining detailed documentation, and helping create the luxury experience our clients know and trust. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, has strong attention to detail, and wants to grow with a boutique aesthetics brand. Clinical & Client Care Responsibilities Responsibilities include: Perform laser hair removal treatments safely and effectively using Seda's treatment protocols. Conduct thorough client consultations to understand goals, review treatment history, assess eligibility, and create personalized treatment plans. Educate clients on laser hair removal, expected results, treatment timelines, pre-care, and post-care instructions. Review contraindications, medications, skin type, sun exposure, and other safety factors before treatment. Ensure client safety, comfort, and treatment efficacy through proper clinical judgment and adherence to laser safety protocols. Maintain accurate and detailed client documentation, including treatment areas, settings, client response, progress notes, and follow-up recommendations. Deliver a polished, warm, and professional client experience from start to finish. Build trust with clients through education, consistency, and genuine care. Support client retention by helping clients understand the value of completing their full treatment series. Assist with client concerns, service recovery, and treatment-related questions using sound judgment and professionalism. Maintain client confidentiality and follow all required standards for privacy and professionalism. Studio Operations & Client Experience Responsibilities include: Support day-to-day studio operations as needed, including scheduling, client check-in/check-out, booking follow-up appointments, and payment processing. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of treatment rooms before and after each client. Properly clean, disinfect, and care for laser equipment and treatment supplies according to Seda protocols. Assist with managing the daily schedule to ensure appointments run smoothly and clients receive a seamless experience. Support same-day treatments when appropriate and when the schedule allows. Help maintain inventory of treatment supplies and communicate when items need to be restocked. Contribute to a calm, luxury, boutique studio environment. Collaborate with the Seda team to ensure each client receives consistent, high-quality care. Represent the Seda brand with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail at all times. Sales & Client Education Responsibilities include: Educate clients on treatment packages, recommended treatment timelines, and maintenance plans. Use a consultative approach to recommend appropriate services based on each client's goals. Help clients feel informed and confident without using pressure-based sales tactics. Support client retention through thoughtful follow-up, education, and personalized recommendations. Communicate the value of laser hair removal and the importance of consistency for best results. Assist with product or service recommendations when aligned with the client's needs. Contribute to studio goals through excellent service, client trust, and strong treatment outcomes.
