In this role, you will deliver expert laser treatments and esthetic services that enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence. Duties Perform a variety of laser treatments including esthetic laser therapy, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed. Provide comprehensive skincare services such as dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, eyelash extensions, and makeup application. Conduct body waxing, hair threading, and nail care services with precision and professionalism. Assist clients in selecting appropriate treatments and products through retail sales efforts, promoting skincare routines and products effectively. Maintain detailed treatment records using salon management software like MINDBODY or similar platforms. Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Educate clients on post-treatment care, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and satisfaction. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in laser treatment techniques. Experience with esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, eyelash extensions, and makeup application preferred. Knowledge of salon software systems such as

MINDBODY

for scheduling and client management. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Proficiency in retail sales strategies to promote skincare products and treatments effectively. Familiarity with sanitation standards, body waxing, hair threading, nail care, barbering, and other esthetic services is highly desirable.
