Job Description
Pay:
$18.00 to $28.00+ per hour base, depending on experience and device proficiencyEstimated Total Compensation:
$25.00 to $45.00+ per hour with service commission, retail commission, tips where permitted, and bonus opportunitiesSenior Laser Technician Upside:
$60,000 to $95,000+ annualized total compensationSchedule:

About the Role Beauté Paris Med Spa & Wellness is a physician-led boutique practice in West Austin offering advanced skin and laser treatments in a refined, high-touch environment. Our technology platform includes Sciton BBL, MOXI, UltraClear, Sofwave, clinical skincare, and luxury medical-grade retail. What You Will Do- Perform Sciton BBL, MOXI, UltraClear, and approved Sofwave treatments
- Follow treatment settings, safety standards, charting requirements, and pre-care and post-care protocols
- Conduct skin assessments and treatment planning
- Perform clinical facials, corrective chemical peels, and dermaplaning
- Educate clients on skin health, treatment plans, home care, and long-term results
- Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatment programs
- Build repeat client relationships through strong results and communication Requirements
- Active Texas esthetician license in good standing
- Certified Laser Technician or appropriate laser certification required
- At least 1 year of med spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or clinical aesthetics experience preferred
- Experience with Sciton, BBL, MOXI, UltraClear, Sofwave, or comparable devices preferred
- Strong understanding of Fitzpatrick skin typing, contraindications, treatment safety, and post-treatment care
- Professional demeanor suitable for a luxury clientele
- Strong consultation and client education skills Compensation and Benefits Compensation includes base hourly pay plus service commission, retail commission, tips where permitted, and bonus opportunities.
