Pay:

Starting at $15.00 per hour plus service commission starting at 10%, with eligibility up to 15% for senior laser technicians based on experience, device proficiency, production, client retention, and schedule utilization.

About Beauté Paris Beauté Paris Med Spa & Wellness is a physician-led boutique med spa and wellness practice in the Bee Cave and Lakeway area. We combine advanced aesthetic technology, refined clinical standards, and a luxury client experience centered on preventative aging, skin rejuvenation, and natural, restorative results. We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician / Laser Technician with strong clinical judgment, professional warmth, and hands-on experience in results-driven skin, laser, light, and energy-based treatments. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow within a high-standard practice, build a loyal returning client base, and earn through production in addition to hourly pay. ResponsibilitiesLaser, Light, and Energy-Based Treatments Perform Sciton BBL treatments for pigment, redness, and photorejuvenation Perform MOXI non-ablative laser treatments Perform UltraClear treatments for resurfacing, skin quality, and collagen remodeling Perform Sofwave treatments, if trained and approved under clinic protocols Follow all safety standards, treatment settings, charting requirements, and pre/post-care protocols Maintain patient comfort, professionalism, and clear communication throughout each treatment Clinical Skincare Conduct comprehensive skin assessments Perform clinical facials and corrective chemical peels Perform dermaplaning treatments Educate clients on skin health, treatment plans, pre-care, post-care, and home regimens Recommend appropriate skincare products and long-term treatment plans Build trust, continuity, and repeat relationships with clients Requirements Active Texas esthetician license in good standing Certified Laser Technician or appropriate laser certification required At least 1 year of experience in a med spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or clinical aesthetics setting preferred Prior experience with Sciton, BBL, MOXI, UltraClear, or Sofwave preferred Comparable laser, light, or energy-based device experience will be considered Strong understanding of Fitzpatrick skin typing, contraindications, treatment safety, and post-treatment care Ability to work independently within established clinical protocols Professional demeanor suitable for a luxury, discerning clientele Strong consultation skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently Interest in building a loyal returning client base over time Compensation and Commission Hourly compensation starts at $15.00 per hour, with final hourly rate based on experience, training, clinical autonomy, and production history Service commission starts at 10% and may increase up to 15% for a senior laser technician based on experience, device proficiency, production, client retention, and schedule utilization Commission is calculated on collected net service revenue after direct treatment-specific consumable costs only Commission is calculated only on revenue actually paid by the client and collected by the practice Commission is not paid on quoted treatment plans, menu pricing alone, unpaid balances, write-offs, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, or any amount not actually received by the practice Commission on eligible retail skincare sales Paid training on approved devices, proprietary protocols, and clinical standards Paid time for approved charting, training, and clinical collaboration Employee discounts on services and products Full-Time Benefits May Include Health insurance contribution Optional dental and vision plans Additional practice perks based on role and eligibility Schedule Beauté Paris is open Monday through Saturday.
