In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments and beauty services that enhance our clients' confidence and well-being. Duties Provide professional skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser therapies to meet individual client needs. Perform body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and makeup application to enhance clients' natural beauty. Conduct advanced procedures such as tattoo removal consultation, medical records management, and infection control practices to ensure safety and compliance. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and color theory to optimize results and promote ongoing skin health. Maintain meticulous records of treatments performed using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems for accurate documentation and follow-up. Uphold sanitation standards by adhering to strict sanitation protocols and infection control guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all clients. Drive sales of skincare products and treatment packages through personalized consultations that highlight benefits tailored to each client. Experience Valid state licensure as a Certified Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology principles. Proven experience in performing diverse esthetic services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser treatments. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships. Familiarity with EMR systems for managing medical records efficiently. Knowledge of infection control procedures and sanitation standards within a professional spa or skincare setting. Experience in sales techniques to promote products and services confidently.
