Whether part-time or full-time, this role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional skincare treatments, enhance client confidence, and promote overall wellness. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of esthetic services including body waxing, eyelash extensions and even facials Educate clients on skincare products and perform engaging product demos to promote retail sales Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning equipment and treatment areas after each session Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure a positive experience Experience Valid cosmetology or esthetician license required Proven experience in providing esthetic treatments such as facials, waxing and eyelash extensions Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and build lasting relationships Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety protocols within a spa or salon setting Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively about skincare routines and product options
