This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with exceptional customer service, delivering personalized solutions that meet each client's unique needs. As a key member of our team, you'll utilize your skills to perform a variety of cosmetic procedures, educate clients on skincare routines, and promote our innovative product offerings. Your energetic approach and dedication will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and inspired to achieve their aesthetic goals. Responsibilities Perform esthetic laser-based treatments including Laser Hair Removal, IPL Photofacial, PicoLazer and Fat Reduction with precision and care. Conduct Facials, Microdermabrasion, Microneedling, and Dermaplaning treatments to exfoliate and improve skin texture and appearance, following sanitation protocols. Educate clients on treatment options, skincare routines and retail products to support their ongoing aesthetic journey. Maintain an organized and clean treatment environment in compliance with health regulations. Engage in retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and treatments based on individual client needs. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly, answer questions confidently, and build lasting client relationships. Participate in ongoing social media content creation to help promote Glo Med Spa services and products.
