Your expertise in skincare and esthetic treatments will help clients look and feel their best while fostering a welcoming, relaxing environment. Duties Provide professional esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, waxing, with precision and care. Assist clients in selecting suitable skincare products and conduct engaging product demos to enhance their experience. Ensure all treatment areas adhere to strict sanitation and safety standards to maintain a clean, safe environment for clients and staff. Manage appointment scheduling efficiently while providing excellent customer service from greeting clients to post-treatment follow-up. Promote retail sales by recommending products tailored to individual skincare routines and conducting product demonstrations. Support the overall operation of the spa by maintaining cleanliness, organizing supplies, and assisting with promotional events or special offers. Sales driven job Experience Proven experience as an esthetician Hands-on expertise in performing laser treatments, dermabrasion, waxing, eyelash extensions. Strong communication skills to educate clients clearly about treatments and skincare routines. Familiarity with sanitation protocols and maintaining a hygienic workspace at all times. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service while managing retail sales confidently. Previous experience demonstrating professionalism in a spa or wellness setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for continuous learning is valued!
