Job Description

Belle Visage Medical Aesthetics is a growing, results-driven practice specializing in Regenerative Aesthetics . Our approach focuses on refining and restoring the skin from within through advanced injectables, biostimulators, laser treatments, and aesthetic + wellness services. We are deeply committed to natural, long-term outcomes , patient education, and building customized treatment plans that deliver real, visible results.
JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced, dual certified Laser Technician Medical Aesthetician who excels not only in performing advanced treatments, but also in consultation, sales, and comprehensive treatment planning . This role is ideal for someone who is confident in: Converting consultations into booked treatments Designing long-term, results-driven treatment plans Building personalized skincare regimens using medical-grade skincare lines Creating strong patient relationships rooted in trust and education Performing advanced laser and energy-based treatments with a strong understanding of skin correction and device technology You will play a key role in both clinical outcomes and practice growth .

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Medical Office Area Job involves working: Under variable temperature conditions (or extreme heat or cold). Under variable noise levels. Outdoors/indoors. Around lasers, chemicals, fumes, odor hazards and other clinical materials. Around body fluids. Around chemicals.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Licensed Laser Technician (Texas) Licensed Aesthetician (Texas) Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with medical aesthetic lasers/devices Proven success in consultations, sales, and treatment plan conversion Strong experience building comprehensive treatment plans and skincare regimens In-depth knowledge of: Skin anatomy & Fitzpatrick types I-VI Acne, pigmentation, melasma, rosacea, aging, and texture concerns Laser parameters and contraindications Experience with medical-grade skincare lines Strong communication and patient education skills Comfortable using EMR systems, computers, iPads, and practice software Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred but not required Provide legible communication and directions Effective teamwork and collaboration Skilled in flexibility and adaptability to adjust tasks or priorities based on changing business needs or patient requirements Compute basic mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers)
Preferred:
Spanish-speaking (not required) Experience in a high-end or medical aesthetics environment
PHYSICAL ABILITIES
Essential:
Exert physical effort in transporting up to 50 pounds Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas. Reach 4 feet. Remain in a stationary position for up to 7 hours throughout the work shift. Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding. Well-groomed, hair pulled back, no visible tattoos. Dressed in approved scrubs and closed-toed shoes.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Consultation & Sales Conduct in-depth consultations to assess patient concerns, goals, and medical history Develop customized, multi-phase treatment plans aligned with regenerative aesthetic principles Confidently recommend and sell services, packages, and skincare Maintain a strong personal booking rate above 50% and contribute to overall practice revenue and growth Educate patients on treatment expectations, pre- and post-care instructions, skincare, and complementary services Treatment & Clinical Care Perform advanced laser and energy-based treatments , including, but not limited to: Pigmentation correction (melasma, sun damage) Vascular treatments (rosacea, redness, veins) Skin resurfacing Skin tightening and rejuvenation Hair removal Ensure all treatments are performed safely, ethically, and in accordance with medical protocols, while prioritizing patient comfort, safety, and outcomes Coordinate GFE's (medical clearances) when required Demonstrate the ability to respond appropriately to medical or facility emergencies per established safety protocols Ensure proper use, calibration, maintenance, and safety of all laser and medical devices Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment environment in compliance with medical and spa safety standards Assist with treatment room turnover, setup, and supply management Skincare & Regimen Building Design and implement personalized skincare routines using medical-grade lines Guide patients on product usage, compliance, and long-term skin maintenance Drive retail sales through education and results Patient Experience & Retention Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and education Deliver a luxury, high-touch patient experience Address concerns professionally and escalate when appropriate Operations & Compliance Maintain proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR), including accurate documentation, treatment recording, and invoicing Collect, verify, and document comprehensive patient medical histories, consents, and required forms Maintain active licensure and complete all required continuing education; actively pursue ongoing professional development in medical aesthetics and laser technology Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control standards Participate in practice initiatives including marketing events, patient education efforts, and professional self-promotion aligned with brand standards Accurately record and charge for services rendered, including appropriate application of discounts, memberships, and promotions Maintain knowledge of all services, devices, protocols, pricing, and current promotions
SECONDARY JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist with other spa job functions as assigned. Sustain proficiencies through continuous education and training Document maintenance needs on work orders and submit to the Business Manager.
