Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Aesthetic Injector (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our innovative aesthetic practice in Dallas. In this role, you will deliver safe, effective, and personalized aesthetic treatments, including dermal fillers and botulinum toxin injections, to help clients achieve their beauty goals. Your expertise will enhance our clients' confidence while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. Responsibilities Perform injectable treatments such as botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal fillers with precision and artistry, adhering to established protocols and safety standards. Conduct comprehensive patient consultations to assess aesthetic goals, medical history, and suitability for procedures. Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-treatment care, and potential risks to foster informed decision-making. Maintain meticulous medical documentation of procedures, patient assessments, and follow-up care in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Ensure a sterile environment by following aseptic techniques during all procedures and managing infection control protocols diligently. Collaborate with the team to develop customized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and expectations. Stay current with industry advancements, emerging techniques like esthetic laser treatments, and regulatory requirements to continually elevate service quality. Skills Valid licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with certification in aesthetics or relevant specialty areas. Proven experience in injection administration, including dermal fillers and botulinum toxin treatments. Strong understanding of facial anatomy, physiology, and aging processes relevant to aesthetic procedures. Excellent patient assessment skills coupled with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and empathetically. Knowledge of EMR systems such as Epic or Athenahealth for accurate documentation and scheduling. Familiarity with sterile processing techniques and infection control standards in outpatient settings. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining a lively, positive attitude that energizes the practice environment. Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of experience injecting dermal fillers and neuromodulators. Experience with laser procedures is preferred (or willingness to train).
