In this role, you will deliver exceptional facial and body treatments, providing clients with personalized skincare solutions that enhance their natural beauty and confidence. Duties Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to meet individual client needs. Conduct skin analysis and recommend customized skincare routines using knowledge of color theory and skin health principles. Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff. Manage medical records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems, documenting treatments, client preferences, and progress notes. Provide professional makeup application services for special occasions or photo shoots, enhancing clients' natural features. Educate clients on skincare products, home care routines, and treatment options to promote ongoing skin health. Support sales efforts by recommending appropriate products and packages that align with client goals while delivering excellent customer service. Stay current with industry trends, new esthetic techniques such as tattooing or laser treatments, and maintain licensure requirements through ongoing education. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices. Proven experience in performing esthetic treatments such as facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser procedures. Strong understanding of sanitation protocols and infection control measures to ensure client safety. Familiarity with EMR systems for accurate record-keeping of medical records and treatment documentation. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships. Knowledge of color theory and makeup application techniques to enhance aesthetic results. Ability to perform hair threading and other hair removal methods efficiently.
