In this role, you will deliver advanced esthetic treatments, including laser procedures, facials, and skin rejuvenation therapies, to help clients achieve their beauty and wellness goals. Your expertise will enhance our clients' confidence through personalized skincare solutions while providing exceptional customer service in a professional, welcoming environment. Duties Perform a variety of laser treatments such as esthetic laser therapy, Skinpen, IPL, Pixel, Chemical peel, Clear & Brilliant, Laser hair removal, Aviclear, TruSculpt, RF Microneedling and skin resurfacing procedures with precision and care Conduct comprehensive skin assessments to recommend suitable treatments Deliver advanced skincare services Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to maximize results we carry Skinbetter Science, Pavise, Hydrinity, and Marini Skin Solutions Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, managing appointments efficiently, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere Assist with retail sales of skincare products and promote ongoing treatment packages to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty Skills Proficiency in esthetic laser treatments and skincare therapies Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments and products Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols in all procedures Ability to provide outstanding customer service while managing multiple appointments seamlessly Retail sales skills with a focus on recommending appropriate skincare products for individual needs Join our team if you're energetic about helping clients look and feel their best!
