BME Wellness Spa is looking for a motivated, client-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity for an esthetician who loves skincare, enjoys building relationships with clients, and wants to continue learning advanced treatments in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Perform customized facial treatments based on each client's skin concerns and goals Provide professional dermaplaning services Perform Hydrafacial treatments Perform Glacial treatments Educate clients on skincare, treatment plans, and homecare recommendations Recommend professional skincare products to support client results Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked Deliver a luxury client experience from consultation to checkout

Qualifications:

Current Texas Esthetician License (Required) Previous esthetics experience preferred Experience with Hydrafacial, Glacial, and dermaplaning preferred Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients and product recommendations Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Passion for continuing education and professional growth
