Full Job Description Laser Treatments:

Perform laser hair removal, photofacials and other procedures following established protocols and safety guidelines. Conduct thorough client consultations to determine treatment suitability and personalize treatment plans. Provide pre- and post-treatment instructions and manage client expectations. Maintain detailed treatment records and monitor client progress. perform an array of medical-grade facials tailored to individual skin concerns, including acne, pigmentation, and aging. Perform advanced facial treatments like HydraFacials, chemical peels, and dermaplaning. Recommend and retail professional skincare products to enhance client results. Provide waxing, tinting, and other services as needed.

General:

Build strong relationships with clients, creating a welcoming and consultative environment. Exceed sales goals by effectively recommending and selling laser packages, skincare products, and additional services. Maintain a clean and sterile treatment area, ensuring adherence to strict sanitation protocols. Actively participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities. Assist with retail sales of skincare products
