Licensed Esthetician (Full-Time)

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Esthetician with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine love for helping clients achieve real results. Our Estheticians are confident, reliable, and bring high energy and heart to everything they do—from treatments to client education to teamwork. What You'll Do Perform customized, results-driven services, including: Facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion Waxing (minimal) Lash & brow services Body treatments and service enhancements Build trust and long-term relationships with guests Educate clients on medical-grade skincare and treatment plans Recommend homecare products (30% retail-to-service goal within first 90 days) Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment Attend trainings, meetings, and ongoing education Assist front desk and team during downtime (we help each other!)

What We're Looking For Required:

Current Texas Esthetician License Minimum 2 years of experience in a spa or med spa Strong understanding of medical-grade skincare Excellent communication and time-management skills Team-player mindset with high standards and integrity Preferred (but not required): Experience with Hydrafacial, electric modalities (galvanic, HF, microcurrent) Chemical peels (Jessner, TCA a plus) Knowledge of brands like Alastin, Skinbetter, Glo Skin Beauty, iS Clinical, Face Reality Medical aesthetics or laser certification

Schedule & Availability Full-Time:

33-40 hours per week Open availability Monday-Saturday Occasional meetings or schedule coverage as needed
