Job Description
Join One of San Antonio's Premier Medical Spas! We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and sales-driven Texas Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing medical spa team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an established aesthetic professional who enjoys building client relationships, delivering exceptional results, and maximizing their income through a generous commission structure. This is a 100% commission position with unlimited earning potential. Top performers can earn a six-figure income while working in a fast-paced, luxury medical spa environment. Qualifications Current Texas Aesthetician License (Required) Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a medical spa setting Experience performing aesthetic treatments and assisting with cosmetic procedures Strong consultation and patient education skills Exceptional sales and closing abilities Proven ability to build and maintain a loyal clientele Professional appearance and outstanding customer service Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude Preferred Experience Experience with one or more of the following is highly preferred: Neurotoxin injections (Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, Daxxify®, Jeuveau®) Lip filler Facial balancing Jawline contouring Temple filler Medical-grade facial Chemical peels Microneedling Hydrafacial Dermaplaning RF Microneedling Morpheus8 Laser treatments Body contouring technologies Skin care consultations and treatment planning Medical-grade skincare product sales Injector experience is required.
