You'll be working in a collaborative, upbeat environment where education, high standards, and a personalized approach are core to what we do. You will join alongside our medical aesthetician, and support on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Additional shifts may be available as demand grows. The ideal candidate is experienced in both relaxing and corrective facial techniques, confident in retailing skincare products, excited to grow with an innovative brand, and equally interested in the wellness space.

Pay:

$20/hr, 5% commission, plus 100% tips.

WEEKEND ONLY.

Please do not call the office to inquire about position status. Duties Perform customized facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and add-on treatments.

Facial types:

hydra, microneedling, lymphatic buccal, diamond, O2, and more. Consult with clients to recommend treatment plans and skincare regimens Educate clients on Just Wellness services and promote packages and memberships Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment room in accordance with Texas sanitation standards Collaborate with other providers to deliver integrated wellness and aesthetic plans Maintain accurate notes in our scheduling/charting system (Boulevard) Participate in team trainings, promotional events, and brand content creation Qualifications Current Texas Aesthetician license (required) Minimum 1 year of hands-on facial/aesthetic treatment experience preferred Strong knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and treatments. Excellent customer service skills with a hospitality-oriented mindset. Experience with dermaplaning, LED therapy, microneedling, hydra, diamond, and more. Sales-savvy with a passion for educating clients on treatments and products Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Positive energy and a professional, polished appearance
