Responsibilities Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, Hydrafacials, brows lamination, keratin lash lifts, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair removal, and esthetic peel treatments with precision and care. Provide advanced skincare services such as chemical peel treatments and Hydrafacials, ensuring client safety and satisfaction. Deliver expert brows lamination, keratin eyelash lifts, lash extensions, and body hair removal to enhance clients' natural beauty. Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products and beauty tools tailored to individual needs; actively upsell to maximize client satisfaction. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Utilize salon management software such as Mind Body &/or Square for appointment scheduling, client records, and sales tracking. Engage with clients through in-person treatments and product demos to promote services and build lasting relationships. Assist at the front desk with guest services, appointment confirmations, and answering inquiries in a friendly, professional manner. Stay current with industry trends in skin care, body care, brows sculpting, lash lifts, lash extension techniques, and clinical spa innovations to continually elevate service offerings. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Texas Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology &/or esthetic practices. Valid Texas Massage Therapist License (required) Proven experience in esthetic treatments, body waxing, facials, microdermabrasion, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, brows & lash treatment, and other advanced skincare procedures. Certified in Lash Lift & Tint. Certified in Brow Lamination. Certified in Lash Extensions. Certified in Brow Sculpting and Waxing. Certified in HydraFacial.

Perform professional massage services including:

Facial Sculpting Massage Lymphatic Face Massage Lymphatic Body Massage Signature Brazilian Lymphatic Body Massage Buccal Massage (intraoral facial technique) Customize treatments based on client needs and desired results Educate clients on treatment benefits, results, and aftercare Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant treatment environment in line with spa standards and TDLR regulations Strong management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple appointments and client needs efficiently. Excellent communication skills paired with outstanding customer service abilities to create a welcoming environment for all guests. Knowledge of social media management for marketing purposes is preferred. Ability to perform lash services and brows styling techniques. Experience in retail sales and upselling strategies to enhance revenue opportunities. Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols at all times. Experience with facial massage and lymphatic techniques (preferred) Strong understanding of anatomy, circulation, and pressure techniques Excellent client communication and service skills Professional, detail-oriented, and reliable A passion for continuous learning about new treatments like esthetic therapy or tattooing techniques is highly desirable.
