RN / NP / PA
Injector Join Our Team at Heights Plastic Surgery & Studio Essex Medical Spa We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and compassionate Aesthetic RN, Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team on a full-time or part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aesthetic injector who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient outcomes and providing a luxury patient experience. The ideal candidate is an experienced aesthetic provider who can independently assess, treat, and educate patients while performing advanced cosmetic procedures. Candidates must possess strong clinical skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, independent content creation, and a genuine passion for aesthetics and patient care. You will see patients independently and perform a variety of cosmetic treatments, including but not limited to neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, Morpheus 8, Co2, skin tightening, and laser treatments. The ideal candidate is positive, energetic, flexible, self-motivated, and committed to staying current on aesthetic advancements, industry trends, training, and best practices. This full-time or part-time position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base hourly rate plus commission. Key Job Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, including reviewing medical histories, discussing treatment options, explaining risks and benefits, and obtaining informed consent. Independently administer cosmetic treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra, and other aesthetic modalities. Develop individualized treatment plans that align with patient goals and ensure exceptional outcomes and patient satisfaction. Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical documentation in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Build and maintain strong patient relationships to encourage retention and long-term loyalty. Participate in networking events, practice marketing initiatives, social media content creation, and community outreach activities. Collaborate effectively with physicians, providers, and staff to support overall practice growth and patient experience. Maintain the highest level of professionalism and uphold all state laws, safety standards, and clinical protocols. Applicant Qualifications Active RN, NP, or PA license in the State of Texas and in good standing. Minimum of 4+ years of experience performing advanced aesthetic injectable and laser treatments. Demonstrated experience independently performing neurotoxin and dermal filler injections without direct supervision. Strong consultation and sales abilities with a proven track record of converting consultations into treatment plans. Proven ability to build, grow, and retain a loyal patient clientele. Experience with advanced aesthetic treatments including biostimulators, laser technologies, and energy-based devices preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient relationship skills. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Leadership and mentoring experience is a plus. Must maintain all required certifications and comply with applicable state and local regulations governing aesthetic practice.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly base + commission (commensurate with experience)
