The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional guest services while delivering a range of aesthetic treatments. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the beauty and well-being of our clients, utilizing advanced techniques and products to achieve desired results. As an Aesthetician, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment that promotes relaxation and satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide high-quality aesthetic services including laser treatments, body contouring treatments and assisting the physician in the room with patients. Conduct thorough skin assessments to determine appropriate treatments tailored to individual client needs. Educate clients on skincare products and routines, utilizing knowledge of color theory and skin types. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations. Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional hospitality and guest services. Comfortable with dropbox and utilizing google sheets, google docs, google calendar and processing sales transactions. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the aesthetic field through continuous education and training. Promote additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales. Experience Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred. Familiarity with various aesthetic treatments including laser and body contouring. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and building rapport with clients. Knowledge of sales techniques related to skincare products and services is advantageous. Certification or licensure as required by state regulations for practicing aesthetics.
