THIS ISN'T FOR EVERYONE

Beyond Beaute' is the best day spa in Clear Lake — and we intend to keep it that way. That means we only bring on people who raise the bar, not just meet it. If you've been doing this long enough to have strong opinions about skincare protocols, client relationships, and what excellence actually looks like in a treatment room — we want to talk.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Active Texas esthetics license — no exceptions Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume or luxury spa environment You know what good looks like because you've worked somewhere good Genuine passion for skin — not just facials, but results-driven skincare Peels, advanced treatments, product knowledge — this is your craft The ability to build real relationships, not just complete appointments A growth mindset — you're actively getting better, not coasting
